How I charge
My pricing structure is designed to be fair and flexible, depending on the scope and complexity of your project. I offer competitive rates for reliable, high-quality work. if I have to purchase materials or parts for a job that will be added to your bill art hanging hardware is complementary with just a couple pieces of art, but if I'm installing several pieces, there will be an up charge for hanging hardware. Good art hanging hardware is expensive. You can go to Home Depot, Lowe's, or Walmart and purchase your own if that is your preference.

| Travel charge | For locations outside a 5-mile radius of downtown Houston or outside the loop, a $25 trip charge will apply. If parts are Needed for any repair and I have to go pick them up. There will be a gas surcharge. |
| Free estimates | Enjoy a free estimate if you are within a 5-mile radius of Mathew's home base. |
| Add ons | Since I have a one hour minimum policy, if I am coming over to do something that only takes a few minutes feel free to add on other small tasks to fill out the rest of the hour. |

While professional plumbers and electricians often charge $100 or more per hour, Mathew provides highly knowledgeable service at half or less than half of their rates. You receive exceptional value without compromising on quality or expertise.
